Shipping policy

We always aim to dispatch items same day if ordered before 3:00pm, otherwise within 1 business day in discreet packaging by specified service after payment is cleared.

We partner with Royal Mail, DPD, Evri and Yodel. The courier and service used will depend on the size/weight of the item as well as the location of the delivery address.

Most items are delivered in 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

 

All orders are packaged discreetly - there is no indication on the external packaging as to what fun lies inside.

The postage label will only contain the recipients name and address.
